Current Programs:

Strength Foundations 1-3:

A 12 week program designed for beginner to intermediate levels, offering 3-4 days/week of strength workouts, including 1 lower body, 1 upper body, 1 full body, and 1-2 optional cardio days, 1 optional mobility, each session lasting ~ 35-45 minutes.

Strength Progressions 1-3:

A 12 week program for intermediate to advanced levels, featuring 5 days/week of strength training: 2 upper body, 2 lower body, and 1 cardio/conditioning/full-body session. Each session lasting ~45-60 minutes. 1 optional cardio day & mobility day for the 6th day.

Elevate on the Go:

Perfect for those who travel, this 4-week program includes 4 days/week of workouts using minimal equipment.

Miles Made Strong:

Runner’s 12 week strength program with 3 strength workouts and 3 runs per week, plus a runner’s guide to help you train smart. Designed to prevent injury and support hybrid training so you can stay strong, consistent, and confident on the run.

Elevated Core 1-2:

A comprehensive add-on program designed to strengthen your core, improve mobility, and enhance stability—all in just 10-15 minutes, 3x/week.

This program includes:

- Core-focused strength training to build a stable and powerful midsection.

- Glute activation exercises to boost hip stability and prevent injuries.

- Mobility work to improve flexibility and movement quality.

Perfect for all fitness levels, whether you’re looking to enhance your current routine, support pregnancy/postpartum recovery, or simply build a stronger core for life.

Each program includes exercise modifications based on the equipment available and offers easier or harder variations to suit your fitness level.

Dr. Brooke Ross, PT, DPT Owner & Physical Therapist, Ross Rehab & Performance I’m Dr. Brooke Ross, a Doctor of Physical Therapy based in Davidson, North Carolina, dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life. I earned my degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology from the University of South Carolina and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Wheeling University. My approach combines evidence-based rehab with performance training so patients don’t just recover — they build resilience. My goal is to find the root cause of pain, fix it, and prevent it from returning. I work with youth athletes, active adults, and postpartum moms, treating orthopedic injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction, and movement limitations. As a runner and weightlifter, I help clients build strength and confidence for the long run.
